Invitation for Bids (IFB)

1. The National Parks Commission invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the following:
   
   Supply and Delivery of Palm Trees (IFB No.1/2025)
   
   

   Lot	Description
   Lot 1	Supply and Delivery of Adonidia merrillii (Manila) Palm Trees
   Lot 2	Supply and Delivery of Areca catechu (Supari) Palm Trees
   Lot 3	Supply and Delivery of Wodyetia bifurcata (Fox Tail) Palm Trees

2. Required period of supply: 15-45 days from date of award of contract.
3. The bidding documents may be examined and obtained by any interested bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Guyana Dollars (GYD 3,000) at the following address:
   National Park Commission, Thomas Lands, Georgetown, Guyana.
4. All Bidders should submit their bids in sealed envelopes along with soft copy, electronic copy no later than 09:00 hours on 11^th day of March 2025 at the address:
   
   The Chairman,
   National Procurement and Tender Administration Board,
   Ministry of Finance,
   Main and Urquhart Streets,
   Georgetown, Guyana.
5. Bids shall be valid during 90 days after the closing of Tender.
6. Bids shall be opened by the Tender Board in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who wish to attend at 09:00 hours on 11^th day of March 2025 at the address: National Procurement and Tender Administration Board, Ministry of Finance, Main and Urquhart Streets, Georgetown, Guyana.
7. Bidders can register via https://bidders.npta.gov.gy/registration to be added to NPTAB’s Contractor’s Register.
